Prices & Fees
Our prices and fees may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significantly changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations, or changed VAT rates. All prices include a 25% VAT. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and fees accordingly.

Delivered directly to your mailbox as a parcel or to a pick-up point for larger packages. Free shipping applies to orders over 899 SEK (after deducting any discounts). For orders between 1-899 SEK, the shipping fee is 79 SEK.
PostNord Hemleverans
Delivery directly to your door on weekdays for 79 SEK for purchases under 899 SEK. Free shipping applies to orders over 899 SEK (after deducting any discounts). For orders between 1-899 SEK, the shipping fee is 79 SEK. You will receive an SMS from the carrier to choose the date and time window for the delivery. It is also possible to have the package delivered even if you are not at home. This option can be selected when choosing the delivery time. If you have requested the package to be left at your front door without a signature, you will be responsible for the package from the moment the driver leaves the delivery.
Budbee Box
Delivered to the selected Budbee box for an additional fee of 39 SEK. Free shipping applies to orders over 899 SEK (after deducting any discounts). For orders between 1-899 SEK, the shipping fee is 39 SEK.
Budbee Home Delivery
Delivery directly to your door on weekdays for 79 SEK for purchases under 899 SEK. Free shipping applies to orders over 899 SEK (after deducting any discounts). For orders between 1-899 SEK, the shipping fee is 79 SEK. Delivery takes place from afternoon to evening using renewable diesel or electricity. You can choose the date and time for your delivery and track it in real-time..
Right of Withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal according to applicable legislation, which is 14 days from the day you received your goods or the last item in an order where the goods are delivered separately on different occasions. With some exceptions, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the goods you have purchased, but only to the extent necessary to determine the characteristics and functionality of the goods. The right of withdrawal applies to all items on our website, with the exception of cosmetics if the sealing is broken. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to custom-made products, i.e., goods made according to the customer's unique specifications.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within 14 days. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the following working day. You then have 14 days to return your order. Return your unused item with all tags intact in the original packaging, or if the packaging is unusable, you can use suitable equivalent packaging. Ensure that the item is well packaged to protect it during transport. Keep your return receipt until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed; it serves as proof of return.
By returning the item within the deadline, you do not need to inform us in any other way unless you wish to do so. If you choose to contact us differently, there is a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal on the Consumer Agency's website (www.konsumentverket.se)that you can use. However, you are not required to use the form to contact us, and you do not need to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal. In your communication with us, be clear that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, and we recommend providing your customer number, order number, and any other relevant information to avoid errors and delays. If you contact us by email, you will receive confirmation that your email has been received shortly thereafter. Please note that refraining from collecting your delivery without providing us with clear notice does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal. Your delivery will automatically be returned to us after the specified time, but you will be charged an unclaimed package fee of 79 SEK.
A return fee of 79 SEK per package is always charged for returns. If you return your entire order, we will not refund any shipping cost of 79 SEK. If you choose to return only part of your order, we will not refund any shipping costs or additional fees, as these charges are independent of the number of items ordered.
Reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal. However, we have the right to wait with the reimbursement until we have received the returned item. If your handling of the item has caused a decrease in its value or if the original packaging is missing or damaged, a deduction for the decrease in value may be made. The deduction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid by bank card, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account due to the bank's processing time.

Unclaimed Packages
We charge a fee of 79 SEK for shipments that are not collected within the specified time. The fee covers the actual costs for shipping, return, and handling.
How to Return
Follow the return instructions found online in our return form. A return fee of 79 SEK per package is always charged for returns. If your return is a complaint or if you have received the wrong item, no fees will be charged for the return or shipping.
Complaints
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about defects in an item within three years from the date you received the item, provided that the defect is original. An original defect does not need to be apparent immediately. Please note that you must contact us regarding the complaint "within a reasonable time" after discovering the defect; within two months is considered a reasonable time. Contact us via the complaint form you will find under "customer service" on our website. Describe the defect and attach pictures of the damage/potentially damaged packaging, preferably taken from different angles. Customer service will then respond with suggestions for action based on the type of defect. If you accept any eventual price reduction/compensation as a solution, you waive future claims for the specifically compensated defect. If you wish to return the item directly for assessment without contacting us, follow the included return instructions and select the appropriate return option for a damaged item. Follow the return instructions found online in our return form to send back the package. If you need assistance, please contact customer service. When returning an item, it is important to keep your return receipt until your complaint has been processed by us. Once we have received the claimed item, our returns department will decide whether the complaint is approved. For most types of items, the purchase is canceled in case of an approved complaint, and a refund is issued. Any refund will be made as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after we received the item from you, and will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. In case of an approved complaint, we cover the shipping, return shipping, and any additional fees for the item you have claimed. In case of a denied complaint, the item will be returned to you.
Transport Damage
If there is visible transport damage upon delivery, inform the driver when you receive the item. The driver will make a note on the delivery note. Report the damage to us immediately, within three days at the latest. It is important to unpack the item and inspect it to detect hidden and visible damages. When making a damage report, please email us with information and pictures of the packaging and the damaged item, preferably taken from different angles.
Reimbursement
If you have canceled your purchase due to delayed delivery, reimbursement will be made within 14 days. Reimbursement for returns or complaints will be made as soon as we have received the item and processed the return/complaint. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of card payments, the reimbursement will be made to the same card from which the money was withdrawn. Please note, however, that it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account due to the bank's processing time.
Disputes
In the event of disputes that we cannot resolve, we recommend that you contact the General Complaints Board (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm). We always follow their recommendations in case of disputes. You can also use the online platform for complaints available on the European Commission's website: ec.europa.eu/odr. Support and Availability
Our objective is to respond to email inquiries within 24 hours from the time we receive your query. Please note that this response time applies only during weekdays and for inquiries related to completed purchases and orders. In cases where we have not replied to your email within 48 hours, we will notify you of the delay and the reason for it. For more complex support issues, such as complaints or transport-related queries, the handling time may be longer.
Other
Gift Cards
We certainly offer gift cards. Enter "gift card" in the search field on our website to see the available denominations. Provide the recipient's email address, name, and a greeting. You can pay for the gift card as usual at the checkout, and it will be sent via email to the specified email address. Gift cards can only be ordered with card payment. The gift card has a unique code that you can enter at the checkout when you wish to use it. If you do not spend the entire amount at once, you can simply use the same code for your next purchase. The validity period for gift cards is 24 months.
Fraud
We report all cases of fraud, data breaches, and attempted fraud to the authorities. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your purchase if we have reason to suspect fraud, data breaches, or any other misuse of our website.
Color Representation, etc.
As different computer screens and individual screen settings affect color representation, we cannot guarantee that the colors of the products match the images displayed when you visit our online store. We reserve the right to any printing and writing errors.

Lenoites is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under these General Terms and Conditions if the failure is due to force majeure circumstances as defined below, and the circumstances prevent, complicate, or delay fulfillment. Force majeure circumstances include, among others, actions or omissions of authorities, new or amended legislation, labor disputes, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, or major accidents. Force majeure also includes official decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc., or an abnormal decline in the market.
